At Catherine's I, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
